This affects the home page. It removes "Recommended For You", "Today's Picks", etc, leaving only the "Friends", "Continue", and "Favorites" sections. It also removes the "Add Friends" button from the friends list, removes the banner asking users to add a phone number to access voice chat and sets the maximum width of the remaining sections to 60%.

To use, add the following URL to uBlock Origin settings > Filter lists > Import...:

If you don't want the maximum width changed or wish to specify a different value, use this URL instead:

To specify max width, go to uBlock Origin settings > My filters and add the following:
